As the Founder of Learn Fellow, Luke is the driving force behind the platform's mission to merge peer mentorship with professional accountability. He conceived of the company to bridge the gap between high-cost tutoring and the essential need for accessible academic support. Luke personally manages all operational and managerial responsibilities for the company, ensuring quality control, proper vetting procedures, and fair financial practices (including the 85% tutor cut). How Learn Fellow Came To Be
Learn Fellow was born from a simple idea that grew into a powerful mission. It started as a personal dream to solve a dual problem: how to make truly effective academic help affordable for struggling students, and how to create valuable, well-paying opportunities for high-achieving peers. This vision of merging passion with purpose led Founder Luke Rapaka to apply for the prestigious Veale Entrepreneurship Grant at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy. The grant was approved and awarded to Luke in October 2025, and driven by a strong work ethic and a profound willingness to help others succeed, Luke launched Learn Fellow to offer a platform where relatability meets accountability. The resulting system is built on the belief that a student who recently aced the material is the best mentor, providing a win-win solution that benefits the entire student community.
